Welcome to Hug! We’re so glad you found us. We are a holistic health studio nestled in the mountains of Reno, Nevada, specializing in Pilates-based Movement Education & Integrative Nutrition® Health Coaching. Our physical studio is located in the trending Reno Midtown District, & all of our services are also available remotely, via phone or video chat. Hug offers an exceptionally personalized movement + holistic health experience. Our studio is fully equipped & designed with your comfort in mind, offering private and duet Pilates sessions in which you’ll have the entire space to yourself, intimate small group classes with no more than 4 movers per class, & one-on-one health coaching. We believe in science-backed exploration, cultivating awareness + intuition, & moving well. Our greatest joy + mission is to see you thrive throughout all your years! 

Our passionate founding practitioner, Molly, is exceptionally trained with an extensive background in the study of anatomy, biomechanics, functional movement, human development, personal training for fitness, and special conditions/injuries, as well as Integrative Nutrition® + holistic health. Whatever the life chapter you may find yourself in, and whether you’re interested in Pilates or health coaching (or both), at Hug you’re in knowledgeable, experienced, and caring hands.

Hug also works to support our local culture + neighbors through corporate wellness programs and high caliber, anatomically-focused Pilates teacher trainings + continuing education not offered elsewhere in our region. Curated studio rental options are available for select local teachers (& their clients) who are looking to take their teaching practice + business to the next level.
